Return and Exchange Policy

  Hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and have tags intact.

  Sale/promotional orders are eligible for exchange only. Returns are not applicable.
• 
  Refunds: Prepaid orders will be refunded to Original payment Method, while COD orders will receive payment in longer time duration due to delivery delay and product checking reasons

  Exchanges: Allowed once per item for a same or different product, size, or color of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).
• 
  Defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• 
  INR 100 fee applies for return pickup. Shipping charges are non-refundable

  Please note that an unboxing video is required for any claims related to damage, loss, or missing items.

1.Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Customized, final sale, and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2.How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Contact our team at Contact@airiolis.com or via WhatsApp at +91-9328187346 within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange.
• Once approved, you will receive return instructions or a shipping label.

3.Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• In such cases, Airiolis.com will arrange a free pickup and cover shipping charges.

4.Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Airiolis.com is at fault.

5.Exchanges

• Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
• Follow the same 7-day process for requesting an exchange.

6.Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Please notify our team within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• Provide clear photos of the issue to help us process your request faster.
• We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund.

7.Non-Returnable Items

• Accessories, innerwear, and items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
